Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Account Executive to join their account management team on a full-time permanent basis. The Account Executive will support and work closely with the Account Director across a portfolio of client accounts. Playing a key role in day-to-day account and project management, helping to keep client work on track, well-organised and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of client accounts
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Work closely with specialists, including strategy, design, content, web, search and social
  • Help prepare client reports, status updates and meeting agendas
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, flagging risks or delays
  • Attend client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on actions
  • Support the wider account team with general administration

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 6–12 months experience in an agency environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive problem-solver who can spot issues early and help find solutions
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, internally and with clients
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercially focused marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and build a deep understanding of clients, their industries, customers, and competitive landscape.
  • Define target audiences, customer journeys, ICPs, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks to inform campaigns.
  • Create strategic content that supports the activation and delivery of marketing strategies.
  • Develop integrated strategies across ABM, Go-to-Market (GTM), Demand Generation, Content, and Creative Campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account, creative, and performance teams to ensure seamless strategy development and campaign execution.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, ideally agency-side.
  • Strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, messaging and positioning, and demand generation.
  • Confidence presenting strategies to clients and holding your own in the room.
  • Ability to translate a brief into a structured, actionable strategy.

Our client is currently seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Paid Media Manager will be required to take full ownership of the paid media function, driving strategy, media planning, and hands-on campaign management across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social platforms.
  • Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue.
  • Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.

Our client is seeking a part-time content creator to shoot and edit short-form videos for TikToks, Instagram and YouTube Shorts on a 6 month Temporary basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Film walkarounds, feature breakdowns, and teaser clips for stock
  • Edit snappy vertical videos using phone apps or desktop software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) with text overlays, captions, and trending audio.
  • Present on camera or provide engaging voiceovers

Key skills and experience:

  • Confident in front of or behind the phone/camera.
