Marketing Account Executive
Location: Aylesbury/ Hybrid
Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Account Executive to join their account management team on a full-time permanent basis. The Account Executive will support and work closely with the Account Director across a portfolio of client accounts. Playing a key role in day-to-day account and project management, helping to keep client work on track, well-organised and delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of client accounts
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Work closely with specialists, including strategy, design, content, web, search and social
- Help prepare client reports, status updates and meeting agendas
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, flagging risks or delays
- Attend client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on actions
- Support the wider account team with general administration
Key Skills and Experience:
- 6–12 months experience in an agency environment
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive problem-solver who can spot issues early and help find solutions
- Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, internally and with clients
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
