Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the use of Re-gen on Rational ovens and manage large plated functions.
- Running the pass for busy A la carte services.
- Oversee kitchen management.
- Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.
- Train and inspire the restaurant team to deliver consistently great food.
- Ensure compliance with advanced food hygiene level 3 and allergens.
- Utilise systems such as Microsoft packages, Fourth, and Procure Wizard.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in using Rational ovens for large functions.
- Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
- Solid understanding of food costs and gross profit.
- Ability to train and motivate a team.
- Advanced food hygiene certification..
