Key responsibilities:

  • Administration tasks including report creation, organising bookings, and managing data.
  • High volume sales order and enquiry processing.
  • Event management, including booking staff, organising events, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Effective communication with Warehouses, external parties, and suppliers.
  • Customer service support via phone and email, handling event enquiries, and providing on-call support as needed.

  • Minimum of 12 months of administration/office experience

Our client is currently seeking an Operational Conference & Events Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will oversee the seamless delivery of meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, and large-scale events within a prestigious hotel venue. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Your core focus will be managing the day-to day operations of the product marketing team.
