Our thriving client is seeking an Account Manager to support their growth by developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and encouraging repeat business.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in need of their services and build relationships with key decision-makers over the phone, email and face-to-face.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Quoting, preparing and presenting customised quotes and proposals based on client’s brief.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact throughout the process.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the events/marketing space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
