Event Coordinator

Our well-established client is looking to strengthen their talented team even further with the addition of an Event Coordinator, on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all members of the event production team in the planning of a wide variety of events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the event production team at stakeholder, client, and supplier meetings
  • Supporting events from planning to execution
  • The event coordinator will assist with onsite/ live event support as required
  • Researching venues and sourcing availability for casual event staff
  • Researching into new suppliers
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings

 

Key skills and experience:

  • Some experience supporting events previously
  • Event Management degree or similar preferable however, not essential
  • Passionate about building an events career
  • Flexible to travel and attend events when required
  • Excellent communication skills

3D Designer

Our well-established client is looking to strengthen their talented team even further with the addition of a 3D Designer, on a full-time, 18 month basis. The successful 3D Designer will help deliver against client briefs, producing creative and exciting solutions to brand and experience challenges.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce presentation decks and mood boards
  • Produce sketches and high-quality 3D models and visuals to communicate concepts and designs
  • Work closely with other designers and the Production team to ensure high-quality output, creating technical data for costing and fabrication
  • Provide a range of options and additional visual references to demonstrate creative solutions are carefully considered, explored and developed to the full
  • Work closely with other departments to prepare creative proposals ensuring your work is delivered on budget, on brand and be willing to present these to internal teams when needed
  • Be aware of project profitability, and be budget conscious when moving through the design phases

 

Key skills and experience:

  • Experienced 3D designer with 2 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Able to demonstrate strong skills in a variety of creative software.
  • Experience working in Cinema 4D, Redshift and the Adobe Creative Suite a must.
  • You have a high level of attention to design detail, carefully considering and addressing every element of a space to achieve a desired aesthetic or function.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Marketing Account Manager

Our client, based in Northamptonshire, is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful Marketing Account Manager will be a key member of the client services team, keeping the delivery of campaigns on track through efficient completion of tasks and prompt delivery of projects. This would suit an Account Executive looking for the next step up or an experience account manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Marketing Account Manager will be a focal point between all departments involved (design, strategy, digital and production)
  • Delivering sound briefs and keep projects on-track financially and to deadline
  • Build successful relationships with client contacts
  • Use a critical creative eye, strong proofreading skills and attention to detail to review all creative
  • Support senior members of the team to deliver larger-scale strategic campaigns

 

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

  • Previous marketing agency experience within a client service or project management role would be great

Retail/POS Project Manager

Our well established and leading client is looking for a Project Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with existing clients and will oversee operations, procurement, production, and execution of the client’s projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who can come from an account management/project management role working on POS projects within retail or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager will build successful partnerships with the client business leads and key decision makers
  • Prepare and oversee the status of all client projects and ensure these are delivered on-time
  • Proactively negotiate with new and existing suppliers to drive down costs
  • Oversee and facilitate procurement, production, shipping, and billing for the client’s jobs and projects

Key Requirements:

Performance Marketing Lead

Our fast-growing client is currently seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful Performance Marketing Lead will be driving the performance across one of our client’s key accounts. You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale budget across paid-social, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Xing.

 

We are looking for someone who can deliver against paid media strategies for large scale B2B campaigns. Ideally, you’ll have experience in running demand generation strategies with large budgets across multiple regions and languages. You’ll have experience with most paid media channels, including paid search, paid social, paid display and programmatic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance across our client’s key account, giving direction into paid media to drive revenue and growth.
  • Working with the growth marketing specialists, deliver insight into campaign performance through regular presentations to clients.
  • Lead testing and experimentation, using insight to fuel testing agendas and present results to clients through bi-weekly calls.
  • Identify and research areas of innovation for clients that will result in revenue uplift, across new channel activation, new campaign tactics or content.
  • Working with the growth marketing specialists to ensure the accurate and timely execution of all tasks.
  • Be a knowledge base for all things paid media, with a focus on how strategies can contribute to pipeline performance.
  • Work with the account management team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tasks across clients.
  • Be responsible for the quality of output across all campaigns under your control.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Storyteller with data, you’ll need to have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding and experience in optimising media campaigns based on full funnel reporting for B2B (from platform conversions through to revenue and all of the stages in-between).
  • Lots of paid media execution experience (Ideally B2B for large global campaigns).
  • Channel experience mainly in LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook/ Instagram.
  • Experience managing big budgets $1m+ ideal.
  • Strong quality control expertise.
  • Experience within a fast-paced dynamic and remote environment.
  • Driven mindset, flexibility and a get-stuck-in approach.
