Event Consultant

Our established client is seeking an events consultant to join their friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to provide event administration support across the event production team. This is a great opportunity for an events graduate or similar, who has gained some previous office experience and is keen to start or build on their events career.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration tasks including report creation, organising bookings, and managing data.
  • High volume sales order and enquiry processing.
  • Event management, including booking staff, organising events, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Effective communication with Warehouses, external parties, and suppliers.
  • Customer service support via phone and email, handling event enquiries, and providing on-call support as needed.
  • Shipping and logistics support.

Key skills and experience :

  • Highly organised and enthusiastic individual
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum of 12 months of administration/office experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a self-motivated nature

Business Support Associate

Our client is currently seeking a Business Support Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. The Business Support Associate will be required to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Sales Team by providing analytical, administrative, logistical, and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support by delivering essential reports to the Sales Team
  • Stay updated with global technology enhancements to data/reports and initiatives, ensuring these are incorporated into overall communication and content strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing expenses, record-keeping of the Sales Support Budget, managing suppliers and payments, and correspondence.
  • Oversee fulfilment for all sales tools, including catalogues, promotional requests, and welcome programmes, ensuring all opportunities are maximised and communicated to the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate bookings, meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.
  • Support events alongside Finance, AP, HOS, and BDM, ensuring delivery of all key milestones on time.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders, both locally and globally.
  • Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, including leading incentive and product-related projects and tests.
  • Streamline daily operations and processes to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with all Microsoft Systems and visually presenting data.
  • Strong budget control and organisational skills.
  • Great communication abilities.
  • Technical flair, comfortable navigating different systems and possessing a technical understanding.

Finance Assistant

Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail? We’re seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to support a busy finance team. This is a 2-week, office-based role with the potential to be extended.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with invoice processing and payment allocation
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Chase outstanding payments and manage related documentation
• Provide general administrative and finance support across the team

 

Key Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role

Retail/POS Project Manager

Our well established and leading client is looking for a Project Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with existing clients and will oversee operations, procurement, production, and execution of the client’s projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who can come from an account management/project management role working on POS projects within retail or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager will build successful partnerships with the client business leads and key decision makers
  • Prepare and oversee the status of all client projects and ensure these are delivered on-time
  • Proactively negotiate with new and existing suppliers to drive down costs
  • Oversee and facilitate procurement, production, shipping, and billing for the client’s jobs and projects

Key Requirements:

  • The successful Project Manager will have hands-on production management experience, within a manufacturing, client, or agency environment
  • Experience with print management and/or point of sale
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
