Event Consultant
Location: Bedfordshire/Hybrid
Our established client is seeking an events Consultant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to provide event administration support across the whole of the event production team.
Key responsibilities:
- Shipping and logistics support.
- Administration including creating reports and organising multiple bookings.
- Sales order processing.
- Organising of both large and small scale events.
- To communicate effectively and accurately with the warehouses, external parties and suppliers.
- To book event staff and ensure all staff are briefed appropriately ahead of their event.
- Management of incoming event enquiries through both phone and email.
- Customer Service support.
- Data management, analysis and post-event evaluations.
- Occasional provision of on call event support.
Key skills and experience:
- A confident, enthusiastic, highly organised individual.
- An excellent communicator (both verbal and written.
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A high level of customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard within a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate using Microsoft packages with particular strengths in Outlook and Excel.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
