Our client is currently seeking a Business Support Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. The Business Support Associate will be required to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Sales Team by providing analytical, administrative, logistical, and operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support by delivering essential reports to the Sales Team
- Stay updated with global technology enhancements to data/reports and initiatives, ensuring these are incorporated into overall communication and content strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing expenses, record-keeping of the Sales Support Budget, managing suppliers and payments, and correspondence.
- Oversee fulfilment for all sales tools, including catalogues, promotional requests, and welcome programmes, ensuring all opportunities are maximised and communicated to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate bookings, meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.
- Support events alongside Finance, AP, HOS, and BDM, ensuring delivery of all key milestones on time.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders, both locally and globally.
- Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, including leading incentive and product-related projects and tests.
- Streamline daily operations and processes to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with all Microsoft Systems and visually presenting data.
- Strong budget control and organisational skills.
- Great communication abilities.
- Technical flair, comfortable navigating different systems and possessing a technical understanding.
