Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator

Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to join their company on a permanent, full-time basis. The Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that learners with specific educational needs receive the appropriate support and resources to ensure assessment parity.

Working closely with internal teams, training providers, learners, and employers to provide a cohesive and effective approach to administering reasonable adjustments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for complex or escalated reasonable adjustments, ensuring fair and equitable practices through internal and external guidance.
  • Support the design of inclusive educational products and collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date, industry-aligned policies.
  • Liaise with candidates, employers, and training providers to gather evidence and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor adherence to the Reasonable Adjustments and Access Arrangements policy.
  • Define and report on performance metrics for reasonable adjustments, including escalation volumes and policy compliance.
  • Analyse assessment data to identify trends and risks, and work with the Professional Standards Accreditation team to improve provider understanding and system performance.

Key skills/requirements:

  • Experience interpreting educational assessments to determine the most appropriate support for learners.
  • Experience of analysing and presenting data.
  • Experience of working with dispersed and associate teams.
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Accounts Assistant

Our well established client is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Accounts Assistant will be required to provide essential support to the Finance Manager in the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager with daily tasks, financial processes, and general administrative duties as required.
  • Accurately process purchase invoices.
  • Monitor and track outstanding customer payments.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations.
  • Generate sales invoices using Sage 50 software.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation, journal entries, and reports required for annual audits and financial compliance.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous accounts/finance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software preferred

Finance Assistant

Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail? We’re seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to support a busy finance team. This is a 2-week, office-based role with the potential to be extended.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with invoice processing and payment allocation

Finance Manager

Our reputable client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team of a full time 6 month basis. As Finance Manager you will provide a high quality, customer focused finance service which meets business needs.

The Finance Manger will take a lead role in treasury management, finance process, controls and systems improvement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and review financial accounts, cashflow, and reports, including monthly reports for the Leadership Team, draft Annual Reports, and bi-monthly performance updates for the Board.
  • Collaborate with budget holders to provide comprehensive accounting support, analyze variances, explore opportunities or challenges, and ensure resource allocation aligns with business needs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and systems, maintain control account reconciliations, manage ledgers, and ensure robust financial controls are in place.
  • Lead external audits, oversee VAT compliance and reporting, and address complex VAT issues with professional advice as required.
  • Ensure operational liquidity through cashflow forecasting, oversee investment models, and maintain banking and credit card relationships.
  • Support organisational projects, represent finance in strategy-driven initiatives, and oversee the finance department’s documentation and insurance policies.

Key skills and experience:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, financial legislation, VAT (including partial exemption).
  • Experience in preparing management and year-end financial accounts.
  • Skilled in managing small teams, fostering team development, and building productive relationships across all levels.
  • Proficient in preparing detailed reports, highlighting trends, resolving complex accounting issues, and proposing tactical financial management solutions.
  • Strong experience in process optimization, a good understanding of computerised accounting systems and databases.
  • Effective at communicating complex financial concepts clearly and concisely, with strong organizational abilities to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and skilled in using PC tools like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel at an advanced level.

Assistant Management Accountant

Our client is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent full time basis. The Assistant Management Accountant will support the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing insights to help the business and stakeholders make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the month-end process including sales data transfers, royalty calculations, stock valuation, invoice checks, journal postings, and accruals/prepayments.
  • Support the Finance Director in maintaining accurate and timely BI data; design reports that enhance decision-making and commercial performance.
  • Aid in preparing and distributing internal and external reports, analysing variances, maintaining gross profit reports, and identifying cost-saving/revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with Operations to monitor KPIs, align with budget requirements, and identify reporting improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Finance Director, providing insights into financial decisions, performance, and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and operational procedures, provide team support during absences, engage in personal development, and uphold health and safety standards.

Skills and experience:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a finance team within a high-volume, multi cost centered environment
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (or similar).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations AAT qualified (desirable) or qualified by experience with 2+ years in a similar role
