What’s the priority? Managers should try to support their team in planning and prioritise their tasks. Daily team update meetings can help to ensure everyone feels supported and understands the task in hand.
Take a break! Try to encourage your team to take breaks when convenient, and they’ll come back to work afterwards they’ll be refreshed and ready to get back to it!
Make refreshments readily available. Making sure the kitchen is fully stocked is easy, but fully appreciated by your team.
Try to be flexible. Where possible, some flexibility for your team will mean your staff are more motivated and loyal.
