Technical Sales Executive

Our leading and reputable client is currently seeking an Technical Sales professional to join their welcoming team on a permanent basis. The Technical Sales Executive role involves engaging with customers via phone and email, supporting their needs, and following up on quotes and sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and support customer requirements via phone and email.
  • Proactively follow up sales opportunities and leads.
  • Assist customers and colleagues in identifying the correct products for their applications.
  • Contribute to the design and specification of sound, lighting, and video systems.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Well suited to someone from an events or sales background with experience of AV equipment
  • Knowledge of audio, lighting, and visual products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
