Paid Media Manager
Location: Aylesbury
Our client is currently seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Paid Media Manager will be required to take full ownership of the paid media function, driving strategy, media planning, and hands-on campaign management across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets.
- Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages.
- Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency.
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social platforms.
- Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue.
- Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.
- Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insights.
- Ensure campaigns are driving revenue, not just leads or traffic.
- Identify and implement testing strategies to improve results over time.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
- Experience analysing data and translating it into clear actions.
