Learning and Development Manager

Our growing client is currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful Learning and Development Manager will shape the development of people, and lead the day-to-day delivery of learning activities across skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Learning and Development Manager will use a range of L&D methodologies
  • Deliver annual learning objectives
  • Design and deliver blended learning that drives measurable performance improvement
  • Translate business needs into practical, relevant development programmes
  • Create high-quality learning content
  • Use data and insight to shape decisions and improve outcomes

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an L&D Manager or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering blended learning.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into practical development programmes
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
