Video content is a fantastic way to reach your followers, targets and customers. But great video content is what makes you stand out from the crowd. So what is it that makes video content great? Here’s our top tips.
Make is short and sweet. Most video content is watched via mobile devices and a lot of it is watched on the go – so making your video short and to the point is key. It’s got to be catchy and quick.
Consider your format. The format of your video is important – and given the nature of platforms and the number of channels people can use to access your content you may want to create the same video in a variety of formats to suit different channels.
Make time for creating good content. A “quick video for social media” sounds like it won’t take a lot of time, but it can – so make sure you plan time into your workload for the finishing touches. In particular, factor in time for subtitles!
