When I initially spoke to FS1 on the telephone I gave her a brief overview of the role and the type of person that I was looking for and set up a meeting to hold a face-to-face discussion. FS1 came to the meeting with the CV's of a range of carefully selected candidates that were on their books that they felt might be appropriate so that we could look at them in detail during the meeting in order to further hone her understanding of my requirements. In fact, the majority of the CV's that they brought with them were on track for what I was looking for. Not only did this speed up the process as we were able to set up some interviews almost immediately, but it also demonstrated that FS1 had really got under the skin of the brief during our initial conversation. Having met the candidates at interview their assessment of them all was accurate showing that they had interviewed all of the candidates with care prior to introducing them to me. As someone who is interviewing, I don't want to see hundreds of candidates I just want to see the 'right candidates' and that is exactly what FS1 achieved. Their levels of customer contact were always very good with just the right number of update calls. I would thoroughly recommend FS1 as a recruitment agency for any marketing / sales environment
