HR Systems Lead
Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid
Our client is looking for a HR Systems Lead to join their company on a permanent full time basis. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SAP Success Factors and HR system implementation in a complex environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provides strategic leadership for SuccessFactors Employee Central & Recruitment Modules
- Collaborates with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment and prioritize deliverables
- Facilitates decision-making on system content and priorities
- Develops a clear roadmap for system needs and technological development
- Manages a team responsible for HR systems and escalates tier 2 issues
- Drives continuous improvement and capacity building for accurate HR data
Key skills and experience:
- Extensive SAP SuccessFactors Product experience – strategic and delivery
- Extensive, proven experience in defining HR lifecycle process system
- A strong commitment to excellence
- Builds and maintains strong relationships up to and including Executive Board Level
- Thinks ahead, prioritises, aligns necessary resources and plans as necessary
