Business Development Manager (Partnerships)

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful person will drive growth through strategic corporate partnerships, managing a dynamic sales pipeline, and fostering strong internal and external relationships to exceed revenue and satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to craft and execute growth strategies.
  • Identify, pursue, and expand opportunities in target and emerging sectors.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to potential partners.
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of corporate leads.
  • Negotiate beneficial agreements and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Track, report, and optimize business development activities.
  • Manage CRM records and budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI.

Key Requirements:

  • Meet/exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a healthy, active pipeline with accurate CRM reporting.
  • Deliver successful events and generate leads to drive growth.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and financial acumen.
  • Valid UK driving license; occasional travel and overnight stays required.
