Our reputable client is currently seeking an Assistant Trainer to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful Assistant Trainer will have demolition/construction industry knowledge and a willingness to help others learn. This is a varied role which encompasses a range of presentation and training duties, providing administrative support to the Training Officer and training advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training courses and workshops
- Support the Training Officer with updates to training materials
- Maintain accurate records of training attendees, including attendance and training results
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices by reading industry publications and staying up-to-date on new developments impacting training for the demolition industry
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in any demolition discipline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate training content in English
- Good knowledge and practical experience of using Microsoft suite and Outlook
