People Coordinator – 6 Month Contract

Our award-winning client is seeking a People Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month FTC. Your core focus will be providing high quality support, working across all areas of the HR function; recruitment & induction, Learning and Development, H&S, compliance, record keeping, Cascade and performance management ensuring that the HR department runs efficiently.
The job holder will be the first point of contact for employees dealing with various HR administration/coordination queries that arise throughout the business, escalating to the correct parts of the business when necessary.
Key skills/requirements:
- Experience of recruitment, engagement, and learning within a commercial environment
- Stakeholder management at all levels
- Experience of working within a HR team
- Experience of delivering HR initiatives
- Ability to present information in forms, tables and spread sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
