It’s that time of year again! Well, nearly – Christmas is still a while away but for marketers now is the time to start thinking about advertising ahead of the Christmas season. This Christmas promises to be different from the last (let’s not go there…!) So how can marketers make the most of Christmas 2021?

People will start shopping early – so should you. It’s likely that shoppers will be thinking about Christmas early this year to beat the rush amid Covid – So marketers should think about launching their offers early and reaching shoppers at the right time.

Plan for other key moments. Black Friday is a key moment for many organisations for pre Christmas sales – so make sure you don’t forget about Black Friday in the rush to plan for Christmas! Perhaps you could tie in your Black Friday offers with other offers in the run up to the big day?

Don’t forget about January! It might feel like it’s all over from 26th December – not true. The January sales, now sometimes lasting well into late January, are a standard part of the festive season. So don’t end your plans too early!
