Service Delivery Manager

 Location:  Milton Keynes/hybrid

Job Description:

Our thriving client is currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to come and join the team on a permanent basis. The successful Service Delivery Manager will be a key member of the team and will play a fundamental role in the successful delivery of the clients products and services.

Key responsibilities:

  • The successful Service Delivery Manager will contribute to, devising and implementing strategies to improve performance and delivery of their product
  • Responsible for strategic delivery of a portfolio of customers including analysis of data and preparation of presentations to support strategic improvements within a customer
  • Liaison between the customer and Project team, ensuring that the implementation achieves the agreed objectives of customers
  • Production and analysis of management information
  • Understanding the customer and their goals and objectives
  • Owning the operational delivery of their product
  • Building and developing relationships with key operational customer stakeholders
  • Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
  • Delivering a positive customer experience for all customers and users
  • Input into the development of the solution and offering


Key skills and experience:

  • The Service Delivery Manager will have excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in customer and relationship management
  • Strong ability to empathise and understand a customer
  • Good knowledge and understanding of customer experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Track record in driving and achieving results through identification of efficiencies and process improvements
  • An understanding of the public sector
  • Able to demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving
