Senior Account Manager
Milton Keynes/Hybrid
Our award-winning agency client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management for larger clients, as well as acting as a client lead for smaller clients. Delivering creative and digital solutions both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for key clients, ensuring continuous updates on project progress
- Attend client and agency meetings, maintaining client contact throughout projects
- Interrogate client briefs to meet business needs effectively, supporting AD in coordinating productions
- Actively seek growth opportunities within client accounts, supporting AD in client growth plans
- Address client issues promptly and professionally, updating AD/Head of Client Services accordingly
- Inspire and support team members, managing workload and output quality
- Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams for efficient project delivery, ensuring adherence to processes and profitability
Skills and experience:
- 4+ years integrated agency experience (preferably within a creative agency)
- Experience of working in print and digital production role
- Managing content localisation and translation processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple priorities, prioritising, and keeping calm under pressure
- Good presentation skills
- Strong communication; verbal and written
