Sales Administrator

Location: Milton Keynes  

Our thriving client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in their Milton Keynes office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and assisting with daily sales administration activities.
  • Always ensuring the customer demands are met and the best customer service is given at all times.
  • Raise sales quotations and process sales orders.
  • Daily stock checks
  • Handle customer queries and sales calls (inbound and outbound)
  • Handle postage/franking
  • Comply with ISO and company protocols
  • Update admin trackers and back orders.
  • Account management
  • Meet and greet in the office

Experience Required:

  • Excel experience
  • SAP experience desirable
