HR PA/Project Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes/remote
Our reputable client is seeking a full-time, HR PA/ Project Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis. Successful candidate will provide dedicated, proactive, efficient, adaptable and professional support to the Head of Reward Insights & Inclusion as well as project coordination support to the wider team.
- Managing the diary, organising all meetings, taking the minutes of meetings chaired by the Director as required
- Support the wider team with project coordination activities including updating project plans, risk logs, decision logs and action logs
- Work closely across all People Services teams sharing appropriate information and seeking advice and support when required
- Make all travel/accommodation arrangements
- Previous project coordination experience is essential
- PA experience is desirable
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to manage a busy diary schedule
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement
