Order Processer

Location: Milton Keynes

FS1 Recruitment are currently working with a very well established company who are looking to expand their team by taking on an Order Processor. The successful candidate will be taking order requests, and processing quotes for the product.

You must have strong communication skills with excellent customer service abilities and must be extremely organised. The ideal candidate will be able to take details efficiently in order to process orders correctly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage customer enquiries and order requests
  • Answer queries regarding orders and products.
  • Process customer orders correctly and timely
  • Contact customers where information is missing on orders.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience within a manufacturing or construction environment in an office based role.
  • Experience in processing orders and providing customer advice is required.
  • Professional telephone manner
  • IT literate
  • Able to use own initiative.
