HR Administrator

Our global client is looking for a HR Administrator. The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting HR operations by handling administrative tasks, acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, and maintaining accurate HR records. They work closely with the HR Manager, internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes. This role is ideal for those interested in a career in HR with a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR documentation and electronic systems, utilizing BambooHR for employee information.
  • As the HR Admin you will serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including Right to Work checks.
  • Handle offer letters and contracts for new hires.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of starter/leaver paperwork to payroll.
  • Coordinate absence and holiday reports before payroll deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and audits.
  • Collaborate on ER activities, policy updates, and audit preparations, as needed.

Required Skills

  • The ideal HR Admin will preferably be CIPD qualified, ideally at level 3 or above.
  • Strong general education background.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and effective time management skills for handling multiple tasks
