Customer Service Agent

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be happy to engage with customers by email. The ability to prioritise and time manage your workload will be a great benefit.
Skills/experience Required:
- To administer customer queries through the campaign hotlines and email helpdesk facilities
- Provide responses to customers via email
- Maintaining SLA’s for our various clients
- Administration of the database for the needs of the team and customer
- Liaising with suppliers for order updates and queries
- Order processing and monitoring
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
