Contact Centre Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Job Description:

 Our reputable client is well known in their industry and are currently seeking an experienced Contact Centre Manager to lead their team on a permanent basis in this new role. The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing a diverse team of people against KPIs and SLAs, preferably in a contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate will be responsible to deliver first class contact centre management and to deliver excellent service to their customers
  • lead, manage, and support the team of staff to ensure that all SLAs and KPIs are achieved
  • The successful Contact Centre Manager will be responsible for resourcing management, forecasting, and for ensuring that the correct number of staff are in place
  • Ensuring staff are equipped to perform effectively through training, quality monitoring, coaching and performance management
  • Recruitment interviews with all permanent and temporary staff
  • Run regular team meetings to increase motivation and engagement 

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of managing a team within a contact centre environment
