Client Services Manager

Location: Milton Keynes/hybrid

A permanent Client Services Manager is required for one of our well established, global clients based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will work closely with their friendly team to deliver a range of client projects on time and within budget. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Executive looking for the next step up, or for an Account Manager seeking a new challenge within a reputable business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The client services manager will play the lead role in the delivery in client projects
  • The candidate will be the escalation point of all contact for all participant queries via email and telephone
  • To manage the delivery of the programme communications plans
  • Creating the design briefs and briefing the internal creative department
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and keeping up to date all programme websites via a content management tool
  • Overall responsibility for programme and client data
  • Project manage client jobs
  • Work with your senior members of the tam to actively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Manage all financial aspects of client projects

Skills and experience:

  • Significant client management experience
  • Substantial project management experience
  • Financial management experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
