Content is king, but SEO makes sure your content reaches the right audiences. If you want to make sure your organisation reaches Page 1 on search engines you’ll need to think long and hard about SEO and the keywords that will bring people to your website. Here’s our top tips.
Make your keywords intent driven. When people search for something online, they use intent based word and phrases like “social media training” or “vegan bakery”. Think about the questions people might ask, and for what your business or organisation might be the answer for.
Do your research! Once you’ve got a list of keywords, it’s a good idea to check if your chosen words aren’t overly saturated or difficult to search. Use research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ahrefs to check.
Centre your keywords in your content creation. The repetition of your keywords at each stage of the acquisition stage is the best way to get customers onboard. With strong keywords that reflect the nature of your organisation you’re good to go.
